General Information
EuroHaptics 2026 is the premier European conference dedicated to all aspects of haptics, from fundamental scientific research to technological developments, algorithms, and real-world applications. The conference represents a key international venue for presenting research results and showcasing innovative capabilities in the field of haptics.
EuroHaptics 2026 will be held as an in-person event and will feature:
- Oral and poster presentations
- Interactive demonstrations
- Work-in-progress sessions
- Workshops and tutorials
- Industrial exhibitions
- Social and networking activities
All these activities are made possible thanks to the support of a dedicated team of student volunteers. We are currently recruiting motivated students to join the EuroHaptics 2026 Student Volunteer Team.

IMPORTANT:
Please do not register for the conference yet.
If you are selected as a student volunteer, your conference registration fee will be waived.
If you are not selected, you will receive a code allowing you to register at the early-bird rate even after the official deadline.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be proficient in English
- Be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student (MSc or PhD)
- Be available for the entire duration of the conference, including workshop/tutorial days
Responsibilities
As a student volunteer, your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with conference registration
- Supporting attendees at the registration desk
- Assisting session chairs during oral and poster sessions
- Providing basic technical support during presentations
- Supporting social and networking events
- Attending a mandatory online orientation session before the conference
