The conference provides poster boards of 70x100cm in portrait orientation. You can use the provided template (click here), but it is optional. Ensure your design matches these dimensions to avoid display issues on site. Details regarding presentation schedules will be available soon.
General Information
Eurohaptics 2026 is pleased to announce a new submission category for authors of previously-published journal papers in haptics. This new category offers authors the opportunity to present their published work to a wider conference audience through a poster presentation.

Published Research Track Submission Deadline: [New!] 30th April 15th March 2026, 11:59 PM AoENotification of Acceptance: submission are treated as they arrive, all decisions will be given by May 6
Submission, Presentation, and Selection Criteria
Submission Process: Interested authors should submit the title, authors, and abstract of their published paper, along with a copy of the published article, via this form: https://forms.gle/t9niooFYRa2trBcm6.
All submissions will be reviewed by a committee.
Presentation Format: Authors whose papers are accepted will then be invited to present their work at the Eurohaptics 2026 conference in the form of a poster presentation.
Selection Criteria:
- Relevance: The paper should address topics that are highly relevant to the field of haptics
- Impact: Preference will be given to papers that have made a significant impact in the field..
- Novelty: Papers presenting novel ideas or innovative approaches will be prioritized.
- Quality: The overall quality of the research and presentation will be considered.
Eligibility Criteria
- The paper must have been published within the past two years (papers accepted between April 2024 and March 2026).
- The topic of the paper must fit within the scope of haptics as defined by the conference themes.
- At least one of the authors must be available to present the poster at the conference in person.
- The paper must have been published in an internationally recognized peer-reviewed journal.
