Beyond increased visibility, you will contribute to cutting-edge haptics research and engage in discussions about the latest technological innovations. Our sponsor packages will include optional exclusive access to the conference, and product promotion facilities.

Sponsoring Options

Eurohaptics 2026 has 4 main sponsor and exhibitor packages plus 2 possible add-ons that are described below; each package can be tailored to meet your specific needs.

  • Exhibitor package: It includes exhibition space, a mention on the website, a logo in the proceedings and a full page in the program booklet. We also include the opportunity to provide a gadget or a flyer in the conference bag. This package is limited by space restriction, and first come – first serve policy will be applied. Two options are available:
    • “Platinum” includes 2 full registrations and access to the main lobby of the conference (close to the registration desk);
    • “Gold” includes 1 full registration and exhibition area in the Pi room (with coffee breaks and demo).
  • General Sponsor: It includes having your name or brand mentioned on the website and program booklet Three options are possible, with different visibilities on the website and the conference program book:
    • “Platinum” includes 2 full registrations, a full page in the program booklet;
    • “Gold” includes 1 full registration, a full page in the program booklet;
    • “Bronze” allows a logo in the program booklet; it does not include registration to the conference.
  • Award Sponsor: We have several opportunities for award sponsors, like best paper or demo, best poster award. Sponsors contribute also the amount of the award. Due to limited award options, a policy first come first served is applied. Mention on the website will be of a “Silver” sponsor, and half page presentation in the conference booklet will be proposed.
  • Start-up package: Start-up or companies less than 5 years at date of registration can apply for this package to showcase their product in the demo session areas. Start-ups can showcase their products in the demo session areas, with options for either full 3-day conference participation or a focused one-day presence (day to be discussed with the organising committee). This package does not include registration to the conference. Due to space limitation, acceptance will depend on availability.
  • [Add-on] Workshop/Tutorial Session (it cannot be purchased alone): It includes the exclusive opportunity to organize a 1-2 hour session, combining scientific talks and product tutorials. This session will be directly organized by your company with the support of the organizing committee and will be given a dedicated time slot during the conference. Your workshop will also receive enhanced mention in the program booklet and on the website.
  • [Add-on] Keynote highlight (it cannot be purchased alone): it includes the exclusive opportunity to sponsor a keynote in a plenary session. Your company logo will be displayed prominently on all session-related materials and during the speaker’s introduction. You will also have the opportunity for a brief (2-3 minute) introduction of your company before the sponsored talk, gaining enhanced visibility and association with a leading expert in the haptics field. Furthermore, you will receive recognition in the conference program and on the website as a Keynote Sponsor.
