Visa information
Conference participants from outside European Union are strongly encouraged to familiarize themselves with visa requirements well in advance of the conference. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend applying for your visa as early as possible. Please note that EHC 2026 is unable to intervene with Italian embassies or consulates on behalf of participants. However, if you require a personal letter of invitation to attend the conference, please refer to the instructions below.
Invitation letter
Write an email to visa@2026.eurohaptics.org, mihai.dragusanu2@unisi.it and maria.grieco@unisi.it with the following information:
- Passport number
- Full name (as in passport)
- Date of birth
- Country of issue
- Title (e.g., Professor, PhD, Student, etc.)
- University affiliation
