Welcome Aperitif – Monday 6th, 19:00
Participants are invited to join the Welcome Aperitif in the beautiful Sala Italo Calvino at Santa Maria della Scala, the same location where the Workshops will take place, in front of the Siena Cathedral. The aperitif will be held right after the guided tour of the Cathedral.
OrgComm Dinner – Tuesday 7th, 20:30
An exclusive evening in the elegant Palazzo Sansedoni, home of the Fondazione Monte dei Paschi di Siena, with an outstanding view of Piazza del Campo. The OrgComm dinner, dedicated to organizers, speakers, and special guests, offers a refined atmosphere and a taste of Siena’s tradition and hospitality in one of the city’s most prestigious historic palaces.
Social Dinner – Wednesday 8th, 19:00
Enjoy an unforgettable evening at Certosa di Pontignano, a stunning former Carthusian monastery nestled in the rolling hills just outside Siena. This social dinner offers a unique opportunity to experience authentic Tuscan cuisine in a setting rich with history, surrounded by cloisters, frescoes, and peaceful gardens.
