The conference is hosted at University of Lille, on 2 Campuses:

• The Campus “Cité scientifique” for the workshop (sunday, June 30th) link
• The Campus “Pont de Bois” for the main conference ( monday, 1st july, wednesday 3rd july ) link

Every participants need to be registered for the conference to attend the workshops, talks, demonstration and panel discussions. Food will be served during the conference. link

Lille has a very efficient metro. It is therefore possible to stay in a hotel downtown, and move to the conference location every day. On Tuesday evening, after the gala dinner, buses will take those who wish to return to the city center.
